The questions did not purtain to my ask, ( INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY) looking for 7m investor buy in to several in hand build to rent projects,Two companies owned ( Distinctive Homes of Western New York Inc.) 26 year old company with 0 debt.Distinctive Homes Of WNY,LLC formed in 2017 .to be positioned for a total of 500 units across several projects .The 7m investor buy in contribution will allow for an initial 40% Equity share in my 26 year old company.The inital 7m buy in investment will be returned at the 2 year mark with a then 20% continued equity share for the eternity of all projects owned by Distinctive Homes Inc( The parent company ) . the return at the 20 year mark will be 35m.Additonal first option to buy out up to 80% of the company under specific terms across all projects upon written request once all projects are leased up and 80% occupied.This will be a non controlling position with a 1st option to buy me out.I will retain 20% of all company stock for eternity or until a formal request to buy the remaining 20% is offered based on the companies valuation as the proposed buy out is presented.
