Upgrade outside and inside with dated equipment and furnishings.
Upgrade tech in rooms for charging and entertainment. Upgrade lobby tech to modern age.
utilizing (Go Green) solar power with battery backup for Hybrid power or complete green power. Also was planning on contracting for Solar EV chargers. Bringing in more revenue with both cases.
Later plans to bring EV , Self-drive,E Bikes,E scooters, to that Guests can add to reservations for two or more day stays.
Everything together should increase the value of property 9 to 10 x in market if needing out.
I know this will work and plan on creating more Hotels like it in the USA. One Day maybe global. I hope one of you lenders would be willing finance 100% with hotel as collateral.
