The profit I made per month ($3K - $4K) for a 1-bedroom, 1 bath condo on Maui for 4 years, can be exponentially increased with a larger condo (2-3 Bedroom), better location (Oceanfront etc) or multiple units. This can either be a Rent & Hold Purchase or a Fix & Flip Purchase.

I owned a condo in Honokowai, HI from 2016 - 2020 and rented it out via AirBnb (I was a 'Superhost'). I made $3K - $4K/month renting out a 1 bedroom/1 bath condo as my costs were minimal. Unlike most rental properties who pay a large percentage for a 3rd party to manage their property when they're 'off island', my housekeeper acts as both a housekeeper and my 'on-island' contact. She also has connections with plumbers and other 'handy-men' to quickly fix any immediate job needed. I'm looking to increase this profit each month and purchasing a 2 or 3 bedroom condo on Maui.
