I'm acquiring a 134 acre parcel with the plan to get it rezoned to t3 commerical and r2 light to med density residential. Worse case will take 12 months to complete but realisticaly about 4 to 6 months to get rezoned and entitle the commerical lots. After rezoning I would sell to a developer for 5 Million for the residential in the north property and 5 Million in the South Property and Sell the commerical individually.
