We have been in business since 2013.
We work with business owners and real estate investors and help them with a wide variety of properties types and creative scenarios, as well as, diverse credit and financial background.
Residential investment deals are preferred (SFR-4 units, rehab, stabilized rentals, portfolios, experienced new home/builders, multifamily etc), though we can also help with commercial, mix use, warehouses, storage, etc.
Loam programs can be no doc, low doc and full doc (we partner with banks to offer bank/SBA/Term Loan programs to our business owner clients). Though, most investors/clients prefer non bank options because of the speed, more flexible guidelines, minimum requirements, and no cross collateralization.
