I have several of these deals from some savvy investors and I am looking for lender to be able to use the seller carry as down payment in lieu of cash. LTV is low and property is in top area of Capitol Hill Seattle where homes this size sell anywhere from 2-4 million. Water views and indoor pool, with updating and adding elevator the CMA came in at 2.6-2.9 million ARV. I am a broker representing my client.
