When you create an account on the Site, we collect information including your name, email address, phone number, timezone, notification preferences and a password. We refer to this information as "Account Information".

When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name and payment information (including credit card numbers).  We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

When you submit an application form, we collect information from you pertaining to your borrowing needs. This includes your State, desired loan amount, the underlying property value, your approximate credit score, the amount of real estate deals you've completed in the past, the property type, and any additional information you choose to share about your project. We refer to this information as "Applicant information".

When you submit your company to the Site, we collection information about your company. This includes the name, address, website, phone number, email address, States it conducts business in, the loan amount range, the loan-to-value percentage range, rates, fees, required credit score, required deal experience, and general information about the company itself. We refer to this information as "Company information".

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Account Information, Order Information, Applicant Information, and Company Information.


We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We use the Order Information that we collect to process payments through the Site. Additionally, we use this Order Information to: Communicate with you; Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use your Account Information to notify you via email about actions taken on the Site that relate to you. This includes but is not limited to messages received from a company and/or applicant. These notifications can be disabled by editing your account at any time. We share your Account Information, excluding your password, with third-party companies so they can offer you services that you request when submitting an application. By submitting an application and creating a user account you are consenting to have this information shared and you consent to being contacted directly by third-party companies; via email, phone, or any other provided method. We use Company Information to display a company profile publicly on the Site for any user to view. We also use that data to match the company to Applicant Information, in order to facilitate the connection between lenders and applicants. We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use Stripe to power our payment processing. Applicant Information is potentially shared with all third-party companies that join this Site so that they can solicit offers to you based on the information that you shared. 

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.


Your credit card number is never stored or sent to our servers. It is encrypted and sent directly to Stripe; our payment processor. Please visit their site ( to learn more about their security practices and privacy policy.


Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.


This Site is designated for use by United States residents only.

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.  Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.


When you create an account or place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. We reserve the right to delete any or all of your Personal Information at any time.


We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
