Bentley Richards has been involved in Real estate acquisition and management for the past 16 years. In 2001 Bentley started buying apartment buildings in Los Angeles County. The first was a 42 unit in Alhambra where he began self-managing units. The next acquisition was in Pasadena, CA. From there he spread to Westwood, Ca., Koreatown, and Hollywood. He then grew the business from 42 units in 1 state to 1800 units in 4 states by 2008. These included 7 multifamily apartment buildings along with a mobile home park. He and his office staff oversaw the daily management and financials for the units.
